Our founders Janeane & Kelly

 
Shortly after meeting, we realized we shared a vision for creating a clinic that feels like home. We believe in cultivating lifelong relationships with clients, and ensuring that everyone is treated like family.  Both of us have a passion for helping people feel as good as they look, and look as good as they feel, by combining innovative science, artistry, and wellness.
 
When you step through our doors, you can expect upfront, honest, and clear expectations about the treatments we recommend. With over 15 years of combined experience in the medical aesthetics field, you can feel at ease and enjoy your aesthetic journey. We are thrilled to serve the San Diego community and want to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience with every treatment. We look forward to serving you!

Kelly Peterson

Nurse Practitioner/Founding Partner

Kelly Peterson is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner working in the San Diego area. She earned her Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN, in 2014. Kelly began her Nurse Practitioner career in the trauma/general surgery department at Vanderbilt in 2014. She then transferred to Seattle in 2017, working for a plastic and facial surgery group. This is where she established the foundational knowledge for aesthetic medicine, and became passionate about helping people enhance their beauty and improve overall confidence. In 2019 she moved to San Diego, CA, and has been working strictly in aesthetic medicine since. Her participation in multiple advanced injection technique courses and trainings over the years has provided her with extensive knowledge and expertise in the industry. When Kelly is not at work, she enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, exercising, and spending time with friends and family. 

Janeane Horan

Nurse Practitioner/Founding Partner 
Janeane Horan is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner native to San Diego. Janeane graduated from nursing school in 2013 and immediately started in the medical aesthetics industry. She quickly realized she was passionate about improving skin quality and building confidence in her patients. During the next several years, she continued in medical aesthetics and continued her education, ultimately graduating with her Master’s in Nursing from the University of San Diego in 2019. Janeane has over eight years of industry experience, not only in medical aesthetics but also in a variety of other medical and nursing settings. She has spent hundreds of additional hours in training completing certifications dedicated to the aesthetics industry. When Janeane is not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors, “glamping”, and hanging by the pool. 
 

Michael Peterson

Medical Director/Founding Partner

Michael Peterson is a board-certified physician specializing in Facial Oculoplastic Surgery. Michael earned his Medical Degree from the University of Utah in 1985, then completed an Oculoplastic Residency at Jules Stein Eye Institute UCLA from 1986-1989. He completed his fellowship at Pacific Medical Center San Francisco in 1991. He then joined Rocky Mountain Eye Center in Missoula, MT, where he owned and operated a large surgical center from 1991-2020. Michael has extensive experience in facial plastics and orbital reconstruction. He is now pursuing a new business adventure with Janeane and Kelly to serve as their medical director.

Everything about this Med Spa/ Clinic is incredible! The vibe is welcoming, high end, clean, beautiful and professional! Kelly is the absolute best! Her technique is precise. Easy to get to and lots of parking. Office is very clean with cute decor. I was greeted promptly and a through medical eval was performed. We discussed the treatment recommendation and proceeded. Cost was comparable to what other medical spas are charging in the area. Loved Janeane’s bedside manner. I will be back. I recommend you give this place a try!
